Factory Visit Policy

1. Client Assistance & Travel Support Policy (For International Visitors)

Liunova understands that many clients visiting China may not speak the local language and may be unfamiliar with transportation, food, currency exchange, or factory locations. To ensure a safe, smooth, and professional experience, Liunova provides a Dedicated Client Assistant for all international visitors.

2. Purpose of the Assistant The Client Assistant ensures that visitors receive complete support throughout their stay, including:

  • Airport pickup and welcome
  • Hotel arrangement/check-in support
  • Daily travel coordination
  • Translation (English–Chinese) during factory visits
  • Food recommendations based on client preference
  • Menu translation at restaurants
  • Guidance on safe and reliable currency exchange
  • Communication with factory staff
  • Daily schedule management
  • Emergency support if needed

3. Cost Responsibility

Liunova does NOT charge any service fee for the assistant.
However, clients must cover the direct costs associated with hosting the assistant during the visit, including:

  • Transportation costs (taxi, train, or car hire during the visit)
  • Meals for the assistant
  • Hotel room (if the factory location requires an overnight stay)
  • Any long-distance travel required for the visit
  • This ensures the assistant can accompany the client throughout the journey without interruption.

4. Why the Assistant Is Required

Because factories are often located far from major cities and operate in Mandarin-speaking environments, the assistant plays an essential role in:

  • Avoiding miscommunication
  • Ensuring correct factory address navigation
  • Preventing travel difficulties
  • Protecting client safety
  • Ensuring cultural sensitivity
  • Managing smooth coordination between multiple factory visits
