Liunova coordinates the sourcing and technical management of office files and folders from audited manufacturers, aligning materials, construction and packaging with your brand standards and market positioning. We define clear specifications and oversee independent Q/C so core filing ranges can be repeated reliably across seasons and regions.

Technical Overview (Typical – Customisable):

Product Scope:
Lever-arch files, 2- and 4-ring binders, report covers, document wallets, expanding files, suspension files, clip folders and display books in standard A4/A5 sizes and selected regional formats. Options include paperboard with laminated wrap, PP sheet files, PVC-covered board, clear view pockets, printed inserts and colour-coded ranges for corporate, education and retail use.

Key Parameters:
Board caliper and density for rigid files; PP/PVC thickness (microns) and surface finish (matt, gloss, embossed); lever and ring mechanisms (material, size, opening force and cycle life); rivet and mechanism attachment strength; spine width range and capacity; pocket and weld strength for display books and wallets; colour consistency, print quality and registration on covers and spines; edge finishing, corner protection and labelling areas. Carton packing, inner/outer pack counts, barcoding and palletisation are defined according to client logistics and retail presentation requirements.

Liunova Q/C & Supply Control:
Supplier shortlisting and factory audits, consolidation of multi-SKU filing ranges under unified specifications, and translation of client brand manuals into detailed tech packs. Inline and pre-shipment AQL inspections focus on mechanism function, board rigidity, pocket/weld strength, print and colour consistency, assembly quality and packaging integrity. Structured photo/video Q/C reports, label and barcode verification and transport packaging checks are provided, with coordination of third-party or laboratory testing (e.g. material safety or heavy metal content in coatings) where required.

At Liunova, we focus on simple and reliable international shipping. All products are shipped directly from China’s major seaports to ports worldwide. Our main goal is to give buyers clear cost, safe transport, and predictable delivery time.

We mainly support the following international shipping terms:

1. CFR (Cost and Freight)

Most Recommended for Buyers

Under CFR, we handle:

  • export customs clearance
  • trucking from factory to port
  • container loading
  • sea freight cost
  • vessel booking

Buyer only handles:

  • destination port charges
  • customs clearance in their country
  • local delivery to warehouse

This method gives stable cost and easy planning for buyers.

2. FCL (Full Container Load)

Best option for bulk orders

FCL means the container is only for your goods.
It is safer, faster, and cheaper per unit.

We recommend FCL because it offers:

  • lower freight cost
  • faster customs clearance
  • zero mixing with other shipments
  • less damage risk
  • better packing control

This is the ideal method for serious buyers and repeat orders.

3. LCL (Less than Container Load)

Available but not recommended

We only use LCL for:

  • small test orders
  • small mixed orders
  • first-time sample shipments

Why we do not recommend it:

  • higher cost per unit
  • risk of mixing with other suppliers
  • slower customs clearance
  • higher VAT and inspection fees
  • more chance of damage or missing cartons

FCL is always the better choice for long-term business.

4. EXW / FOB (Optional on Request)

Available for buyers who want to manage their own freight.

  • EXW: Buyer handles pickup from factory
  • FOB: We deliver goods to the Chinese port, and buyer pays sea freight

These terms are used less often because CFR and FCL provide better cost control.
