Liunova coordinates the sourcing and technical management of buckets, mops and brooms from audited manufacturers, aligning materials, ergonomics and durability with your brand positioning and channel requirements. We convert range briefs into clear specifications and oversee independent Q/C so everyday cleaning assortments can be repeated reliably across retail, wholesale and institutional programs.

Technical Overview (Typical – Customisable)

Product Scope:
Plastic and metal buckets (with/without wringers), spin and pedal mop systems, flat mops, string and strip mops, microfiber mops, dust mops and refill heads, together with indoor and outdoor brooms, brushes and dustpans. Includes compact household sets, colour-coded janitorial lines and value ranges for discounters, supermarkets, DIY chains and institutional buyers.

Key Parameters:
Bucket materials (PP, HDPE, metal) and wall thickness; volume, graduated markings, handle and wringer design, pedal and spin mechanisms for systems, stability and tipping resistance.

For mops: head type (string, strip, flat, microfiber), yarn/fibre composition and GSM, absorbency and release behaviour, attachment method to frame, swivel/joint design and pole material, length and locking system. For brooms and brushes: bristle material (PP, PET, natural), fibre length, density and stiffness by application (indoor, outdoor, wet, dry), block and handle materials, thread/connection type and angle. Colour, surface finish, hanging/parking features and packaging format (single, sets, PDQ/display) are defined according to channel needs.

Liunova Q/C & Supply Control:

Inline and pre-shipment AQL inspections focus on material conformity, moulding quality, assembly and handle attachment strength, wringer and spin mechanism function, mop head fixation and absorbency checks, bristle anchoring and trimming, dimensional checks and packaging

At Liunova, we focus on simple and reliable international shipping. All products are shipped directly from China’s major seaports to ports worldwide. Our main goal is to give buyers clear cost, safe transport, and predictable delivery time.

We mainly support the following international shipping terms:

1. CFR (Cost and Freight)

Most Recommended for Buyers

Under CFR, we handle:

  • export customs clearance
  • trucking from factory to port
  • container loading
  • sea freight cost
  • vessel booking

Buyer only handles:

  • destination port charges
  • customs clearance in their country
  • local delivery to warehouse

This method gives stable cost and easy planning for buyers.

2. FCL (Full Container Load)

Best option for bulk orders

FCL means the container is only for your goods.
It is safer, faster, and cheaper per unit.

We recommend FCL because it offers:

  • lower freight cost
  • faster customs clearance
  • zero mixing with other shipments
  • less damage risk
  • better packing control

This is the ideal method for serious buyers and repeat orders.

3. LCL (Less than Container Load)

Available but not recommended

We only use LCL for:

  • small test orders
  • small mixed orders
  • first-time sample shipments

Why we do not recommend it:

  • higher cost per unit
  • risk of mixing with other suppliers
  • slower customs clearance
  • higher VAT and inspection fees
  • more chance of damage or missing cartons

FCL is always the better choice for long-term business.

4. EXW / FOB (Optional on Request)

Available for buyers who want to manage their own freight.

  • EXW: Buyer handles pickup from factory
  • FOB: We deliver goods to the Chinese port, and buyer pays sea freight

These terms are used less often because CFR and FCL provide better cost control.
