LiUNOVA supplies OEM/ODM interior and exterior wall paint systems from verified factories in China, including emulsion paints, acrylic wall coatings, and weatherproof façade coatings for residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. Products can be configured by finish level, washability class, VOC tier (where specified), coverage targets, tinting system, and packaging, aligned to project requirements and local application practices. LiUNOVA manages AQL-based QC on batch consistency, colour/tint control, viscosity/workability, packaging integrity, and labeling/traceability, with CFR / FCL export and consolidation with other building and interior materials in one LiUNOVA container (scope-dependent).

Technical Overview (Indicative – Compact)

Product Types:

  • A. Interior emulsion paints (standard and premium washable grades)
  • B. Interior acrylic paints (higher durability and stain resistance tiers)
  • C. Exterior acrylic coatings (weather-resistant wall coatings)
  • D. Weatherproof façade coatings (anti-crack / elastomeric options—range-dependent)
  • E. Primers & sealers (alkali-resistant primers; bonding primers—range-dependent)

Performance & Finish Options (Project-Defined):

  • A. Finish: matte, eggshell, satin, semi-gloss (range-dependent)
  • B. Washability: standard to high-wash grades (kitchens/corridors)
  • C. Hiding power: coverage and opacity tier by product series
  • D. Anti-mould/anti-algae: additives for humid environments (range-dependent)
  • E. Exterior performance: UV resistance, water repellency, and crack-bridging (system dependent)

Application & Coverage (Indicative):

  • A. Substrates: plaster, putty, cement render, concrete, masonry (project dependent)
  • B. Application: roller, brush, spray (product dependent)
  • C. System build-up: primer + 2 topcoats (typical; per TDS)
  • D. Drying/curing: defined per product and site conditions (temperature/humidity dependent)
  • E. Coverage: specified per product; dependent on substrate porosity and preparation

Colour & Tinting:

  • A. Base paints: white and tint bases (system dependent)
  • B. Colour matching: Pantone/RAL references with physical sample approval (project dependent)
  • C. Batch control: shade consistency controls for project repeatability

Applications:

  • A. Interior walls and ceilings (apartments, villas, hotels, offices)
  • B. High-traffic interior zones (corridors, lobbies—washable grades)
  • C. Exterior façades and boundary walls (weatherproof systems)
  • D. Project developments and fit-outs (bulk supply with consistent specification)

QC, OEM & Logistics (via LiUNOVA)
Quality Control:

  • A. Batch consistency: viscosity/workability, solids control, stability checks (sampling-based)
  • B. Colour control: tint accuracy and shade repeatability per approved sample
  • C. Appearance checks: film uniformity, gloss level control, defect risk screening
  • D. Packaging integrity: seal checks, leakage risk control, pallet stability
  • E. Labeling & traceability: batch codes, production dates, OEM branding accuracy
  • F. Documentation readiness: TDS/MSDS availability and export documentation support (project dependent)

OEM / ODM Support:

  • A. Range planning: interior/exterior series, performance tiers, and project positioning
  • B. OEM labeling, packaging design, carton marks, and mixed-SKU pallet plans
  • C. Colour library building: custom shade development and sample approval workflows
  • D. Application guidance: recommended primers, system build-up, and surface preparation notes

Logistics & Consolidation:

  • A. Shipped mainly under CFR / FCL with export-standard palletization and container optimization

At Liunova, we focus on simple and reliable international shipping. All products are shipped directly from China’s major seaports to ports worldwide. Our main goal is to give buyers clear cost, safe transport, and predictable delivery time.

We mainly support the following international shipping terms:

1. CFR (Cost and Freight)

Most Recommended for Buyers

Under CFR, we handle:

  • export customs clearance
  • trucking from factory to port
  • container loading
  • sea freight cost
  • vessel booking

Buyer only handles:

  • destination port charges
  • customs clearance in their country
  • local delivery to warehouse

This method gives stable cost and easy planning for buyers.

2. FCL (Full Container Load)

Best option for bulk orders

FCL means the container is only for your goods.
It is safer, faster, and cheaper per unit.

We recommend FCL because it offers:

  • lower freight cost
  • faster customs clearance
  • zero mixing with other shipments
  • less damage risk
  • better packing control

This is the ideal method for serious buyers and repeat orders.

3. LCL (Less than Container Load)

Available but not recommended

We only use LCL for:

  • small test orders
  • small mixed orders
  • first-time sample shipments

Why we do not recommend it:

  • higher cost per unit
  • risk of mixing with other suppliers
  • slower customs clearance
  • higher VAT and inspection fees
  • more chance of damage or missing cartons

FCL is always the better choice for long-term business.

4. EXW / FOB (Optional on Request)

Available for buyers who want to manage their own freight.

  • EXW: Buyer handles pickup from factory
  • FOB: We deliver goods to the Chinese port, and buyer pays sea freight

These terms are used less often because CFR and FCL provide better cost control.
