LiUNOVA supplies OEM/ODM access equipment and site safety separation products from verified factories in China, including ladders, mobile access towers/scaffolds, and site barriers for construction, fit-out, MRO, and light industrial applications. Product ranges can be configured by system type, duty rating, material/finish, height/size, and kitting, supported by AQL-based QC on dimensional accuracy, assembly integrity, safety-critical components, labeling/traceability, and export packing. Shipments are typically arranged under CFR / FCL, with consolidation available alongside tools, PPE, hardware, and other building materials in one LiUNOVA container (scope-dependent).

Technical Overview (Indicative – Compact)

System Types:

  • Ladders & step ladders (single, extension, multi-position; trade and general-duty options)
  • Mobile access towers/scaffold towers (aluminium tower systems; modular frames and platforms) — EN 1004-1:2020 is commonly referenced for mobile access towers.
  • Scaffold components (project-dependent) (frames, braces, platforms, base jacks, guardrails; system-dependent design) — EN 12811 is widely referenced for temporary works equipment/scaffolds.
  • Site barriers & safety separation (crowd-control barriers, site barricades, temporary fencing panels, cones/posts & chains, warning signage kits—range-dependent)
  • Edge protection systems (project-dependent) (temporary edge protection classes for leading edges/roofs where specified) — EN 13374:2025 applies to temporary edge protection systems and defines classes.

Standards & Ratings (Project-Defined):

  • Ladders: EN 131 classifications are commonly used; EN 131 ladders are designed/tested for a maximum total load of 150 kg (user + tools/materials).
  • Mobile towers: EN 1004-1:2020 is the updated mobile access tower standard (commonly referenced in procurement and compliance documentation).
  • Scaffold design/performance: EN 12811 is commonly referenced for performance requirements and general design for temporary works equipment/scaffolds.
  • Edge protection: EN 13374:2025 specifies requirements and test methods for temporary edge protection systems and includes classes.

Materials & Construction:

  • Ladders: aluminium or fiberglass (range-dependent), anti-slip rungs/steps, stabiliser options, feet/grips by tier
  • Towers/scaffolds: aluminium frames, platforms with anti-slip surfaces, guardrails/toe boards, locking castors (tower systems)
  • Site barriers: galvanised steel or powder-coated steel; HDPE/plastic barriers for lightweight separation (range-dependent)
  • Fasteners & accessories: stabilisers/outriggers, hooks, platform locks, base plates, tie kits (system-dependent)

Key Parameters (Project-Defined):

  • Height & configuration: working height, platform height, ladder length, bay sizes
  • Duty rating: load class/max load/platform capacity by model and standard
  • Stability features: outriggers, stabilisers, base width, castor locks (tower systems)
  • Finish: galvanised, powder-coated, anodised aluminium (range-dependent)
  • Branding & kitting: labels, serial/batch traceability, set assortments, instruction/manual requirements

Applications:

  • Construction and fit-out access work (installation, finishing, MEP)
  • Warehousing, facility maintenance, and workshop operations
  • Public-area separation and site control (barriers, fencing, warning demarcation)
  • Project procurement (repeatable SKUs and consistent specification across sites)

QC, OEM & Logistics (via LiUNOVA)
Quality Control:

  • Dimensional checks: profile lengths, hole positions, frame squareness, platform fit-up
  • Assembly integrity: rivets/fasteners, locking mechanisms, castor brake function, stabiliser fit (sampling-based)
  • Surface/finish checks: coating coverage, galvanising consistency, burr/sharp-edge control
  • Labeling & traceability: rating labels, batch codes, warning labels and carton marks (as required by market)
  • Packing readiness: corner protection, strapping, pallet stability, mixed-SKU carton accuracy

OEM / ODM Support:

  • Range planning: value/mid/premium tiers by duty rating and market use
  • Branding: logo plates/labels, carton design, barcodes/SKU systems, manuals/inserts
  • Set building: contractor kits, tower component assortments, spare parts/accessory programs (scope-dependent)
  • Documentation support: inspection records and packing lists (project-dependent)

Logistics & Consolidation:

  • Shipped mainly under CFR / FCL with container optimization (long-length items and mixed cartons)
  • Can be consolidated with tools, PPE, fasteners, hardware, and other building materials into one LiUNOVA container (scope-dependent)

At Liunova, we focus on simple and reliable international shipping. All products are shipped directly from China’s major seaports to ports worldwide. Our main goal is to give buyers clear cost, safe transport, and predictable delivery time.

We mainly support the following international shipping terms:

1. CFR (Cost and Freight)

Most Recommended for Buyers

Under CFR, we handle:

  • export customs clearance
  • trucking from factory to port
  • container loading
  • sea freight cost
  • vessel booking

Buyer only handles:

  • destination port charges
  • customs clearance in their country
  • local delivery to warehouse

This method gives stable cost and easy planning for buyers.

2. FCL (Full Container Load)

Best option for bulk orders

FCL means the container is only for your goods.
It is safer, faster, and cheaper per unit.

We recommend FCL because it offers:

  • lower freight cost
  • faster customs clearance
  • zero mixing with other shipments
  • less damage risk
  • better packing control

This is the ideal method for serious buyers and repeat orders.

3. LCL (Less than Container Load)

Available but not recommended

We only use LCL for:

  • small test orders
  • small mixed orders
  • first-time sample shipments

Why we do not recommend it:

  • higher cost per unit
  • risk of mixing with other suppliers
  • slower customs clearance
  • higher VAT and inspection fees
  • more chance of damage or missing cartons

FCL is always the better choice for long-term business.

4. EXW / FOB (Optional on Request)

Available for buyers who want to manage their own freight.

  • EXW: Buyer handles pickup from factory
  • FOB: We deliver goods to the Chinese port, and buyer pays sea freight

These terms are used less often because CFR and FCL provide better cost control.
