LiUNOVA supplies OEM/ODM waterproofing solutions from verified factories in China, including cementitious waterproof coatings, bitumen-based membranes/coatings, PU waterproof coatings, and acrylic waterproof systems for wet areas, roofs, balconies, basements, and general construction waterproofing. Products can be configured by system type, application method, coverage/thickness targets, curing time, and packaging, aligned to project requirements and local installation practices. LiUNOVA manages AQL-based QC on batch consistency, packaging integrity, labeling/traceability, and shipment readiness, with CFR / FCL export and consolidation with tiles, boards, sanitaryware, and other building materials in one LiUNOVA container (scope-dependent).

Technical Overview (Indicative – Compact)

System Types:

  • A. Cementitious waterproof coatings (rigid or flexible; 1K/2K options by range)
  • B. Bitumen waterproof systems (bitumen coatings and membrane systems—range-dependent)
  • C. PU waterproof coatings (high-elasticity liquid-applied systems—project dependent)
  • D. Acrylic waterproof coatings (UV-resistant options for exposed areas—range-dependent)

Materials & Properties (Project-Defined):

  • A. Form: powder + liquid (cementitious 2K), ready-mix liquid, or roll-applied membranes (range-dependent)
  • B. Elasticity: rigid vs flexible grades (selected by substrate movement expectations)
  • C. Adhesion: bonding performance to concrete/cement screeds/brickwork (spec-driven)
  • D. Weathering: UV resistance for exposed roofs/balconies (system dependent)
  • E. Chemical resistance: detergent/alkali resistance in wet areas (range-dependent)

Application & Coverage (Indicative):

  • A. Application methods: brush/roller/trowel/spray (product dependent)
  • B. Substrates: concrete, cement render, masonry, gypsum board areas (where permitted by system)
  • C. Typical build-up: multi-coat systems with reinforcement mesh at corners/joints (project dependent)
  • D. Drying/curing: defined per product and site conditions (temperature/humidity dependent)

Use Areas:

  • A. Bathrooms, showers, wet rooms, and utility/laundry zones
  • B. Balconies and terraces (exposed or tiled systems)
  • C. Roof waterproofing (exposed or under protective layers)
  • D. Basements and retaining walls (negative/positive-side systems by selection)

QC, OEM & Logistics (via LiUNOVA)
Quality Control:

  • A. Batch consistency checks: viscosity/workability, colour consistency (where applicable), mix ratio control (2K systems)
  • B. Packaging integrity: seal checks, leakage risk control, pallet stability
  • C. Labeling & traceability: batch coding, production dates, OEM branding accuracy
  • D. Documentation readiness: TDS/MSDS availability and export documentation support (project dependent)
  • E. Shipment readiness: container loading checks and segregation where required

OEM / ODM Support:

  • A. Product selection by use area (bathroom/roof/basement) and budget tier
  • B. OEM labeling, packaging design, carton marks, and mixed-SKU pallet plans
  • C. Installation guidance: system build-up suggestions, coverage planning, and accessory specification (mesh/tapes/primers—scope dependent)

Logistics & Consolidation:

  • A. Shipped mainly under CFR / FCL with export-standard palletization and container optimization
  • B. Can be consolidated with tiles, boards, doors, cabinets, sanitaryware, and other building materials into one LiUNOVA container (scope-dependent)

At Liunova, we focus on simple and reliable international shipping. All products are shipped directly from China’s major seaports to ports worldwide. Our main goal is to give buyers clear cost, safe transport, and predictable delivery time.

We mainly support the following international shipping terms:

1. CFR (Cost and Freight)

Most Recommended for Buyers

Under CFR, we handle:

  • export customs clearance
  • trucking from factory to port
  • container loading
  • sea freight cost
  • vessel booking

Buyer only handles:

  • destination port charges
  • customs clearance in their country
  • local delivery to warehouse

This method gives stable cost and easy planning for buyers.

2. FCL (Full Container Load)

Best option for bulk orders

FCL means the container is only for your goods.
It is safer, faster, and cheaper per unit.

We recommend FCL because it offers:

  • lower freight cost
  • faster customs clearance
  • zero mixing with other shipments
  • less damage risk
  • better packing control

This is the ideal method for serious buyers and repeat orders.

3. LCL (Less than Container Load)

Available but not recommended

We only use LCL for:

  • small test orders
  • small mixed orders
  • first-time sample shipments

Why we do not recommend it:

  • higher cost per unit
  • risk of mixing with other suppliers
  • slower customs clearance
  • higher VAT and inspection fees
  • more chance of damage or missing cartons

FCL is always the better choice for long-term business.

4. EXW / FOB (Optional on Request)

Available for buyers who want to manage their own freight.

  • EXW: Buyer handles pickup from factory
  • FOB: We deliver goods to the Chinese port, and buyer pays sea freight

These terms are used less often because CFR and FCL provide better cost control.
