LiUNOVA supplies OEM/ODM wood polishes, varnishes, and clear wood coating systems from verified factories in China for interior and exterior wood finishing across residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. Ranges include clear varnishes, wood sealers, topcoats, wood stains (where required), and maintenance polishes, configurable by resin system (PU/NC/water-based/acrylic), sheen level, drying time, and application method. LiUNOVA manages AQL-based QC on batch consistency, gloss/colour control, packaging integrity, labeling/traceability, and shipment readiness, with CFR / FCL export and consolidation with doors, cabinets, panels, and other building materials in one LiUNOVA container (scope-dependent).

Technical Overview (Indicative – Compact)

Product Types:

  • A. Clear varnishes/topcoats (protective clear finishes)
  • B. Wood sealers/primers (base coats for absorption control and adhesion)
  • C. Wood polishes (maintenance coatings; sheen enhancement)
  • D. Stains / toners (colour adjustment systems—range-dependent)
  • E. Exterior clear systems (UV-resistant grades—range-dependent)

Resin Systems & Finish Options (Project-Defined):

  • A. PU (polyurethane): higher durability options; single or two-component systems (range-dependent)
  • B. NC (nitrocellulose): fast-drying interior systems (range-dependent)
  • C. Water-based: low-odour systems; interior and some exterior grades (range-dependent)
  • D. Acrylic: clear coat systems with good clarity; some UV-resistant options (range-dependent)
  • E. Sheen levels: matte, satin, semi-gloss, high gloss

Performance & Application (Indicative):

  • A. Application: brush, roller, spray (airless/air spray), wipe-on (polish—product dependent)
  • B. Drying/curing: defined per product and site conditions (temperature/humidity dependent)
  • C. Coverage: specified per TDS; depends on wood species and surface preparation
  • D. Protection focus: abrasion resistance, water resistance, stain resistance (grade dependent)
  • E. Exterior requirements: UV and weather resistance for outdoor exposure (system dependent)

Applications:

  • A. Interior doors, skirting, architraves, cabinets, and furniture components
  • B. Wood wall panels, stairs/handrails, and decorative joinery
  • C. Exterior timber elements (where suitable system is specified)
  • D. Maintenance and refurbishment projects (polish/topcoat refresh)

QC, OEM & Logistics (via LiUNOVA)
Quality Control:

  • A. Batch consistency checks: viscosity/workability, clarity, gloss level control, colour (where tinted)
  • B. Performance sampling (tier-dependent): adhesion and basic abrasion/water-spot resistance checks
  • C. Packaging integrity: seal checks, leakage risk control, pallet stability
  • D. Labeling & traceability: batch codes, production dates, OEM branding accuracy
  • E. Documentation readiness: TDS/MSDS availability and export documentation support (project dependent)

OEM / ODM Support:

  • A. Resin system selection and tier planning (interior vs exterior, durability targets)
  • B. OEM labeling, packaging design, carton marks, and mixed-SKU pallet plans
  • C. Shade development for stains/toners and sheen matching across ranges (project dependent)
  • D. Application guidance: recommended system build-up, primers/sealers, and compatible thinners (scope dependent)

Logistics & Consolidation:

  • A. Shipped mainly under CFR / FCL with export-standard palletization and container optimization
  • B. Can be consolidated with doors, cabinets, panels, tiles, sanitaryware, and other building materials into one LiUNOVA container (scope-dependent)

At Liunova, we focus on simple and reliable international shipping. All products are shipped directly from China’s major seaports to ports worldwide. Our main goal is to give buyers clear cost, safe transport, and predictable delivery time.

We mainly support the following international shipping terms:

1. CFR (Cost and Freight)

Most Recommended for Buyers

Under CFR, we handle:

  • export customs clearance
  • trucking from factory to port
  • container loading
  • sea freight cost
  • vessel booking

Buyer only handles:

  • destination port charges
  • customs clearance in their country
  • local delivery to warehouse

This method gives stable cost and easy planning for buyers.

2. FCL (Full Container Load)

Best option for bulk orders

FCL means the container is only for your goods.
It is safer, faster, and cheaper per unit.

We recommend FCL because it offers:

  • lower freight cost
  • faster customs clearance
  • zero mixing with other shipments
  • less damage risk
  • better packing control

This is the ideal method for serious buyers and repeat orders.

3. LCL (Less than Container Load)

Available but not recommended

We only use LCL for:

  • small test orders
  • small mixed orders
  • first-time sample shipments

Why we do not recommend it:

  • higher cost per unit
  • risk of mixing with other suppliers
  • slower customs clearance
  • higher VAT and inspection fees
  • more chance of damage or missing cartons

FCL is always the better choice for long-term business.

4. EXW / FOB (Optional on Request)

Available for buyers who want to manage their own freight.

  • EXW: Buyer handles pickup from factory
  • FOB: We deliver goods to the Chinese port, and buyer pays sea freight

These terms are used less often because CFR and FCL provide better cost control.
