LiUNOVA supplies OEM/ODM industrial enamel and epoxy coating systems from verified factories in China, including metal protective enamels, epoxy floor coatings, and heavy-duty paint systems for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure-related applications. Products can be configured by resin system (enamel/epoxy/epoxy primer/PU topcoat), finish level, chemical and abrasion resistance tier, curing profile, and packaging, aligned to substrate condition and application method. LiUNOVA manages AQL-based QC on batch consistency, viscosity/workability, colour control, packaging integrity, labeling/traceability, and shipment readiness, with CFR / FCL export and consolidation with other building and MEP materials in one LiUNOVA container (scope-dependent).

Technical Overview (Indicative – Compact)

Product Types:

  • A. Industrial enamel paints (metal protection; interior/exterior grades by range)
  • B. Epoxy primers (anti-corrosion primers; zinc-rich options by range)
  • C. Epoxy intermediate coats (build coats for system thickness—range-dependent)
  • D. Epoxy floor coatings (self-levelling, roller-applied, and mortar systems—range-dependent)
  • E. PU topcoats (UV-resistant and colour-stable top layers—range-dependent)
  • F. Ancillaries (thinners, hardeners, quartz sand, anti-slip aggregates—scope-dependent)

Resin Systems & Finish Options (Project-Defined):

  • A. Enamel systems: alkyd/enamel variants (series-dependent)
  • B. Epoxy systems: 2K epoxy resin + hardener systems (most floor and heavy-duty products)
  • C. Hybrid systems: epoxy primer + PU topcoat (common for UV-exposed areas)
  • D. Finish levels: matte, satin, gloss; smooth vs textured/anti-slip options

Performance Parameters (Indicative):

  • A. Corrosion resistance: primer selection by environment (indoor/outdoor/coastal)
  • B. Abrasion resistance: floor-grade performance tier by traffic level
  • C. Chemical resistance: oils, detergents, mild acids/alkalis (system dependent)
  • D. Build thickness: target DFT by system design (primer + intermediate + topcoat)
  • E. Curing: pot life, recoat window, and full cure time (temperature/humidity dependent)

Substrates & Application:

  • A. Substrates: steel structures, tanks/pipes, concrete floors, cement screeds (project dependent)
  • B. Surface preparation: degreasing, mechanical abrasion/blasting; primer requirements (system dependent)
  • C. Application methods: roller, brush, spray; self-leveling pour for floors (product dependent)
  • D. Anti-slip options: quartz/aggregate broadcast systems for ramps and wet zones (range-dependent)

Applications:

  • A. Metal structures, gates, railings, and industrial equipment
  • B. Workshops, warehouses, garages, plant rooms, and service corridors
  • C. Commercial floors (back-of-house, loading zones, kitchens—system dependent)
  • D. Protective coating systems for projects requiring durability and repeatable specs

QC, OEM & Logistics (via LiUNOVA)
Quality Control:

  • A. Batch consistency: viscosity/workability, solids control, stability checks (sampling-based)
  • B. Colour control: shade repeatability against approved sample (where tinted)
  • C. Packaging integrity: seal checks, leakage risk control, pallet stability
  • D. Labeling & traceability: batch codes, production dates, OEM branding accuracy
  • E. Documentation readiness: TDS/MSDS availability and export documentation support (project dependent)

OEM / ODM Support:

  • A. System design: primer + intermediate + topcoat selection by substrate and environment
  • B. OEM packaging: labels, cans, cartons, and mixed-SKU pallet plans
  • C. Performance tier planning: light/medium/heavy-duty ranges for different use cases
  • D. Application guidance: recommended DFT, surface preparation notes, and recoat windows

Logistics & Consolidation:

  • A. Shipped mainly under CFR / FCL with export-standard palletization and container optimization
  • B. Can be consolidated with waterproofing, adhesives, tiles, doors, cabinets, and other building materials into one LiUNOVA container (scope-dependent)

At Liunova, we focus on simple and reliable international shipping. All products are shipped directly from China’s major seaports to ports worldwide. Our main goal is to give buyers clear cost, safe transport, and predictable delivery time.

We mainly support the following international shipping terms:

1. CFR (Cost and Freight)

Most Recommended for Buyers

Under CFR, we handle:

  • export customs clearance
  • trucking from factory to port
  • container loading
  • sea freight cost
  • vessel booking

Buyer only handles:

  • destination port charges
  • customs clearance in their country
  • local delivery to warehouse

This method gives stable cost and easy planning for buyers.

2. FCL (Full Container Load)

Best option for bulk orders

FCL means the container is only for your goods.
It is safer, faster, and cheaper per unit.

We recommend FCL because it offers:

  • lower freight cost
  • faster customs clearance
  • zero mixing with other shipments
  • less damage risk
  • better packing control

This is the ideal method for serious buyers and repeat orders.

3. LCL (Less than Container Load)

Available but not recommended

We only use LCL for:

  • small test orders
  • small mixed orders
  • first-time sample shipments

Why we do not recommend it:

  • higher cost per unit
  • risk of mixing with other suppliers
  • slower customs clearance
  • higher VAT and inspection fees
  • more chance of damage or missing cartons

FCL is always the better choice for long-term business.

4. EXW / FOB (Optional on Request)

Available for buyers who want to manage their own freight.

  • EXW: Buyer handles pickup from factory
  • FOB: We deliver goods to the Chinese port, and buyer pays sea freight

These terms are used less often because CFR and FCL provide better cost control.
