LiUNOVA supplies OEM/ODM tile and construction adhesive products from verified factories in China, including ceramic/porcelain tile adhesive, stone-setting mortar, and block/brick adhesive (block glue) for residential, hospitality, and commercial construction. Products can be configured by cementitious grade, bond strength tier, open time, slip resistance, and application thickness, aligned to substrate conditions and project installation practices. LiUNOVA manages AQL-based QC on raw material consistency, batch performance indicators, packaging integrity, and labeling/traceability, with CFR / FCL export and consolidation with tiles, waterproofing, boards, and other building materials in one LiUNOVA container (scope-dependent).

Technical Overview (Indicative – Compact)

Product Types:

  • A. Ceramic tile adhesive (cement-based thin-set; standard and improved grades)
  • B. Porcelain / large-format tile adhesive (higher bond strength, longer open time—range-dependent)
  • C. Stone mortar / stone-setting adhesive (marble, granite, engineered stone—project dependent)
  • D. Block/brick adhesive (block glue) (AAC blocks, concrete blocks, lightweight blocks—project dependent)
  • E. Primers & bonding agents (substrate primers; latex additives—range-dependent)
  • F. Grouts & joint products (where included in range; scope-dependent)

Base & Composition (Project-Defined):

  • A. Base: cementitious (dry-mix powder) or polymer-modified systems (range-dependent)
  • B. Additives: polymer modifiers for flexibility and bond strength (series-dependent)
  • C. Reinforcement: fibre-modified options for crack resistance (range-dependent)
  • D. Colour: grey/white options (stone adhesives often white—project dependent)

Key Performance Parameters (Indicative):

  • A. Bond strength tier: standard vs enhanced grades (project requirement)
  • B. Open time/working time: defined per series and climate conditions
  • C. Slip resistance: wall-grade non-slip performance options (range-dependent)
  • D. Deformability: flexible grades for heated floors or movement-prone substrates (project dependent)
  • E. Bed thickness: thin-set vs medium-bed options (large-format applications)

Substrates & Application:

  • A. Substrates: concrete, cement screed, render, masonry, blockwork, approved boards (project dependent)
  • B. Installation: trowel application; notch selection per tile size
  • C. Wet areas: compatible systems for bathrooms and kitchens (when paired with waterproofing)
  • D. Exterior use: exterior-rated adhesives for façades/balconies (range-dependent)
  • E. Curing: set times dependent on temperature/humidity and substrate absorption

Applications:

  • A. Residential and commercial tiling (floors and walls)
  • B. Stone installation (feature walls, countertops cladding—project dependent)
  • C. Blockwork and partition construction (AAC/lightweight blocks and masonry)
  • D. Developer projects and fit-outs (repeatable adhesive specification across units)

QC, OEM & Logistics (via LiUNOVA)
Quality Control:

  • A. Raw material verification: cement/filler/polymer inputs and incoming checks (factory-controlled)
  • B. Batch consistency: mix ratio stability, workability indicators, and setting behaviour checks (sampling-based)
  • C. Packaging integrity: bag strength, sealing quality, moisture protection, pallet stability
  • D. Labeling & traceability: batch codes, production dates, OEM branding accuracy
  • E. Documentation readiness: TDS/MSDS availability and export documentation support (project dependent)

OEM / ODM Support:

  • A. Grade selection: standard/improved/flexible series planning by tile type and project use
  • B. OEM packaging: bag design, language, carton marks, pallet labels, barcode/SKU systems
  • C. Range building: adhesive + primer + grout systems, contractor assortments, and spare material planning
  • D. Application guidance: recommended trowels, bed thickness, and substrate preparation notes

Logistics & Consolidation:

  • A. Shipped mainly under CFR / FCL with export-standard palletization and container optimization
  • B. Can be consolidated with tiles, waterproofing, boards, sanitaryware, cabinets, and other building materials into one LiUNOVA container (scope-dependent)

At Liunova, we focus on simple and reliable international shipping. All products are shipped directly from China’s major seaports to ports worldwide. Our main goal is to give buyers clear cost, safe transport, and predictable delivery time.

We mainly support the following international shipping terms:

1. CFR (Cost and Freight)

Most Recommended for Buyers

Under CFR, we handle:

  • export customs clearance
  • trucking from factory to port
  • container loading
  • sea freight cost
  • vessel booking

Buyer only handles:

  • destination port charges
  • customs clearance in their country
  • local delivery to warehouse

This method gives stable cost and easy planning for buyers.

2. FCL (Full Container Load)

Best option for bulk orders

FCL means the container is only for your goods.
It is safer, faster, and cheaper per unit.

We recommend FCL because it offers:

  • lower freight cost
  • faster customs clearance
  • zero mixing with other shipments
  • less damage risk
  • better packing control

This is the ideal method for serious buyers and repeat orders.

3. LCL (Less than Container Load)

Available but not recommended

We only use LCL for:

  • small test orders
  • small mixed orders
  • first-time sample shipments

Why we do not recommend it:

  • higher cost per unit
  • risk of mixing with other suppliers
  • slower customs clearance
  • higher VAT and inspection fees
  • more chance of damage or missing cartons

FCL is always the better choice for long-term business.

4. EXW / FOB (Optional on Request)

Available for buyers who want to manage their own freight.

  • EXW: Buyer handles pickup from factory
  • FOB: We deliver goods to the Chinese port, and buyer pays sea freight

These terms are used less often because CFR and FCL provide better cost control.
